A new Aquatic Centre for the the City of Surrey in Grandview Heights. The centre will provide a ten lane 50 metre competitive pool with spectator seating, a leisure pool with various water features, a waterslide, a sauna and steam room, adult and family hot pools, a dive tower, as well as a fitness centre and change facilities.
